Moenave Townhomes

Living here is truly an amazing experience. To be surrounded by such beauty every day is something my wife and I are very grateful for. The particular location of these townhomes in Springdale is also very good. While they are less than a minute from the Main Street, they are tucked behind a hill and thus are shielded from the noise and crowds of the town itself. It’s like living in your own private Springdale. Deer and other wildlife are regular visitors to the area. In fact, it’s more common to see a deer outside my window than another person. Close by (within a 5 minute walk) is a community garden, pickle ball, tennis and volleyball courts and the library. We couldn’t be happier living here, the location is wonderful with the ability to be a short walk from town, while also being tucked away from the visitors. The neighbors are always quiet and respectful, and it’s wonderful to hear the birds and enjoy watching the deer right from home. We feel very fortunate to enjoy the views and nature daily. The building and our unit is also very well maintained and we have always received prompt and thorough response to any concerns or requests. The owner, property management, and maintenance staff have been very responsive as well.

Moenave Townhomes are well built. It’s so quiet as I rarely hear my neighbors. The gas range in the kitchen makes cooking fun and I love the washer and dryer in the unit. I just signed up for another year!

The owner was extremely helpful, from my rental inquiry to the lease signing. His management company was quick to follow up and deliver keys. She also is quick to answer any questions or concerns.

Living here has been nothing short of amazing. Anything that has went wrong was promptly fixed or taken care of immediately. Gary, the owner, has been great to deal with throughout the whole process. Along with that, Pauline and the property management company have also been great to us. The neighbors are all so nice and we always feel safe living here. Being young and able to live in such an amazing place is truly a blessing. Working from home with a view of the Zion canyon is a dream come true! I would recommend living here to anybody!
