Living at Modera Skylar has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had as a resident. This building is poorly managed, unsafe, and nowhere near worth the price they charge. There are constant package thefts, and management has done little to nothing to address it. Deliveries disappear regularly, and residents are left on their own. For a “luxury” building, this level of insecurity is unacceptable. The building is consistently dirty. Common areas, hallways, and elevators are poorly maintained, and any request for improvement is met with excuses instead of solutions. Nights are often interrupted by loud noise with no enforcement of quiet hours. It feels like anyone can do whatever they want at any hour with zero consequences.
