Modera Morrison

I’ve had a great experience at Modera Morrison! The building is modern, clean, and in a fantastic location. I especially love the rooftop — it’s such a great space to relax and take in the views. The other amenities are just as impressive and always well maintained. A special shoutout to Manager Stephanie — she’s professional, responsive, and truly cares about residents. She makes everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend living here!

Going to have to agree with another low review. When my partner and I first moved in two years ago it was all new and we were the first in our new apartment. It didn’t take very long for the new appliances to break down. I don’t feel like this is a building worth living in for how much they charge. There’s a hidden kinda fee where you have to pay for the electricity of the shared spaces, there is constantly a dog urine smell, there are only TWO ‘working’ elevators. I say this because usually one is taken for a move or for staff to take out recycling. The maintenance team were honestly the kindest people in the building. I know it’s not their fault for a lot of the building/management issues. Another HUGE issue I noticed the last year in this building was the cleanliness in the shared space

This place is an amazing place to live! It’s brand new, they have great amenities and I always felt totally safe walking around late at night down in the parking garage. The staff is superb, always responded to anything we needed within 24 hours, and hosted fun social events so tenants could meet each other. It’s walking distance to lots of food, Market of Choice Market, and great views of the city, (sunsets and New Years’ Eve! See pics!!) depending on where your apartment is!! Check it out!!! :-)

This is the most toxic environment I have ever lived in. The front office staff refuses to show any consideration in planning disruptive maintenance and construction. I have complained about this repeatedly to no avail. On Monday 12/29, without any prior notice, a very noisy power cleaning occurred. After tolerating the noise for 45 minutes, I went to the front office to find out why we had not been notified in advance -- and how much longer the noise would continue. The front office said they didn't know anything about it and refused to seek out answers. Mckenzie could not be bothered to get up from her chair and speak to the cleaners. Today the building sent a message the cleaning would resume on Monday 1/5 and/or Tuesday 1/6 from 10AM - 5PM. THEY BLOCKED OUT TWO WHOLE DAYS. The

Full disclosure - we toured this place twice and did not end up living here (so this review is for our leasing engagement experience). Big shout out to Taylor Sturgeon for her amazing and patient customer service. She walked us around the whole complex and several apartments twice, going out of her way to make sure we got to know the Modera Morrison and all it can offer, including ongoing lease concessions and a gift card deal. When it came down to it, we preferred to lease in another area of town because it better fit our live-work needs, but Modera Morrison came in as a very close second, with gorgeous apartment finishes and layouts, and brand new amenities with sweeping views to the City, and a SUPER centric location.
