I moved here in October and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! Anna and Fran are 2 of the best leasing agents I’ve ever encountered - and I’ve toured a lotttt of apartments in Nashville. The amenities are the best in town, and I love the location. The whole staff is so friendly! I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a high-rise luxury living experience!

The leasing office is great. Stacy and Francesca helped me move in. They made things very easy and reasonable. The building is brand new and great. All of the amenities are the very best compared to all of the the other apartments I looked at in Nashville.

My Leasing Agent Francessca was and still is the BEST and most helpful agent I’ve ever come across (did ALOT of apartment hunting with plenty of agents so trust me when I say that!). She made the process a piece of cake. I knew nothing coming in and she guided me every step and even after signing the lease she is still there to help with any questions I have. We absolutely love living at Modera McGavock. From the moment we first toured, it felt like a place we could truly see ourselves calling home, and living here has only confirmed that. The amenities are excellent and really elevate everyday living they’re well maintained and add a lot to the overall community feel. The leasing team made the entire process a great experience. Anna, Franchesca, and Stacy were all incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout.
