Pretty good place, made us take down the American Flag from our balcony (Hot take:🚨maybe should be an exception for the flag of the country we live in), trash chutes not big enough for amount of trash produced but the workers do a good job with what they have, recycling for the whole floor is a tiny bin. Nice employees though.

This was a great experience, I’ve lived here for 13 months now and my time has finally come to an end. I’m leaving because I’m relocating to another city. I had a top floor river view apartment. It was absolutely quiet every night. I never had an issue with friends visiting and finding a parking spot. I lived on the 5th floor and parking was easy, if my level was full there was always room on the roof. The leasing and maintenance staff took care of my needs quickly and efficiently. Thank you Mike, Will and Tiffany for making the last year a fun and easy experience.

Modera is a great place to live. The amenities for the price are amazing! There are multiple court yards, a pool that actually gets sunlight, work from home areas with fast WiFi, a sauna, stellar gym, all kinds of great amenities. This would be the the perfect place for dog parents - the dog park is so so nice & there are tons of pups in the building. The neighborhood is super walkable and feels really safe. The building feels safe and secure, too. The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick to address issues. Mike & Tiffany in the front office are great! The maintenance staff and been kind and helpful too. We love it here!

I couldn’t be more happy to live here. This building has amazing amenities and I am truly happy that I chose this to be my home here in Nashville. From the moment I I walked into view the place I instantly knew that this is where I wanted to live. The customer service here is supreme, and makes you feel like you’re walking into the luxury hotel. My golden retriever absolutely loves the dog park and the entire community is overly pet friendly, which is a huge plus. I’ve lived in Apartment buildings across the US has been traveling rather frequently and relocating frequently as well. I am happy to say this is easily one of the more premier and better living accommodations that I’ve had. My hat goes off to the amazing people in the office and on the maintenance team. Update July 2024: After living here for just over a year, I am content in my decision to stay and renewed my lease. The residents here are a younger crowd and super friendly. Weekends at the pool are packed and entertaining. The amenities are nice and well-maintained. Maintenance is great and any apartment issues I’ve had are tended to promptly. Many previous issues (pertaining to construction) have been resolved, but there are still issues with the property that exist. For instance, the garage: Parking can be a nightmare - if you get in any time after 5PM, good luck finding a place to park. All of the spots are also painted for compact cars, so if you have a bigger vehicle, you need to be good about being between the lines.
