Modera Douglas Station

Hope and Wendy were absolutely amazing during our move. They were incredibly helpful, and patient, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and we truly felt supported every step of the way. We’re grateful for a great and kind crew!

The leasing team here can’t be beat. They have made my move in experience seamless and fun (which I’ve never said about moving!). Hope and Wendy from the team especially made this experience for me even more amazing… Hope met me outside of business hours to give me my keys the day I moved in and showed me around, and Wendy went as far as to help me move a heavy furniture piece into my unit! Thank you Modera team and I highly recommend anyone looking for a new, luxury apartment in a great location and managed by a fantastic team to move here! 10/10.

I moved here after driving halfway across the country, packing everything I own and paying for movers. After all that, discovering that loud elevator noises travel straight into my apartment has been extremely frustrating. The building is very poorly insulated. Repetitive elevator thudding and prolonged mechanical noises are clearly audible inside the unit day and night. This is not occasional noise. It is constant and disruptive. In a modern building at this price point, this should not be happening. On-site property management was responsive and sent vendors. They acknowledged the issue exists and offered a unit transfer with the transfer fee waived. However, the transfer would require higher rent for a comparable unit, plus additional moving costs. There is a certain comfort that comes with leasing somewhere where you know the team. Having worked with Wendy and her team for some time now, I know from other communities and Douglas Station that the attention to detail, kindness, and thoughtful approach to each and every day is their specialty. Corporate buzz words look great in an add, but does the team exemplify it when nobody is looking? At Modera Douglas Station, the answer is yes. I cannot recommend living here enough, as a good product and apartment is one thing, but the team onsite is the x factor.

It's hard to pinpoint the best part of our tour of Modera Douglas Station. I have to start with Location Location Location. I specifically went for a tour of the facilities because of where it is located. Smack in the middle of work life, gym, family, and entertainment. Literally close to everything, the Shops at Merrick Park, Coconut Grove, Miracle Mile, and since Dixie highway is just steps away getting to Brickell, Downtown or even South Beach is just a hop on I95. Of course, Modera itself was stunning. Luxurious spacious apartments, ample parking spaces, modern and well-kept amenities, and common areas. I would have expected nothing else. What I wasn't expecting was to have such a fun, genuine experience with the leasing agent that helped us. Chris was so charming and professional. To
