We love living here! The apartment and location are great, but the staff and care in the building are seriously top notch. The building is always perfectly clean, the amenities rock, and the staff treats everyone like family. Things rarely go wrong here; when they do, they’re fixed quickly, and the management team is super communicative. Thank you for keeping living easy! Location wise - it’s hard to beat. Right off two metro stations, you’ve got Giant, TJs, and Whole Foods all within a mile, and it’s right at the edge of the Clarendon party zone. Noise is almost never an issue, except that steps can be a bit loud from above. For the first year, we lived next to a pack of college boys and NEVER heard them. Amenities - gym is great, co-working friendly lobby, bike parking, and smooth mail

I had a fantastic experience moving into my new apartment here. I was on a tight timeline to find an apartment and the staff were amazing to make it happen. Sherrie and Jenn were both very friendly and made sure I would love the apartment complex on tour and be able to fit my timelines. Whenever I had questions about the residence in the up to and right after move in, they would take my requests and made sure they were addressed as soon as possible. Couldn’t have asked for a greater move in experience.

Sherrie is a delight to work with when leasing and answered so many questions and helped us every step of the way! David was so helpful as well! Highly recommend!!! Five Stars!!

I recently moved here and it's been amazing so far. Sherrie is super helpful and for someone moving from West Coast, leasing office really helped me w everything online. They are super friendly and overall the apartment is very well maintained.

I lived in this community for 2 years and had an excellent experience. The management team was consistently professional and attentive, ensuring that routine maintenance such as window cleanings, garage upkeep, and paint touch-ups was always handled promptly. The property was well maintained and pest free, and the apartments themselves were impressively insulated; I rarely heard my neighbors. I was initially unsure about the package delivery system, but it turned out to be efficient, reliable, and very convenient. Overall, living here was a pleasure, and I’ll genuinely miss the comfort and care this community provided.
