Modera Belmont

My experience at Modera Belmont has been extremely difficult and unsafe. Despite repeated requests for disability accommodations, we were not provided adequate solutions. Our apartment and common areas were impacted by flooding, biohazards, security failures, and harassment from other residents. Multiple incident reports went unanswered, and several situations escalated to police reports being filed. Photos attached show: – A soiled mattress abandoned in the trash room – A biohazard cleanup left in the hallway outside units – Shattered glass at a building exit door – Trash and recycling bins blocking a main hallway Conditions became so unsafe that we had no choice but to seek alternative housing at our own expense. My wife Grace and I lived at Modera Belmont for one year, and we genuinely enjoyed the experience. Amber, Katie, Ryan, and the entire team are warm, friendly, and truly care about the people who live there. They do an amazing job creating a sense of community, but they also understand when you need your own space. We were going through a huge transition in our lives and didn’t participate in many of the gatherings or activities. Not only did they never make us feel bad about it, they noticed what we needed and gave us the space to make the entire building feel like our true home. Thank you all for doing such a wonderful job.

This place is a slice of heaven. Truly, I have never lived in an apartment community with such caring, responsible, and dedicated management and maintenance staff. Amber, Katie, and Emilee do such a fabulous job running the place and are clearly focused on making Modera Belmont the best possible place to live for their tenants. Kallista and Ryan are also the fastest and most skilled maintenance team in the West. The amenities are incredible and it's just plainly and simply the best place I've lived in in Portland. Thanks to everyone who makes it an ideal home – I'll be here for awhile!

I moved into Modera Belmont a few months ago and the entire experience has been absolutely perfect. Moving to a new state and into a sight unseen apartment can be daunting. The Modera Belmont team, namely Katie, made the entire process go by so smoothly. From application to move in to getting settled, this has been a great experience. My unit is beautiful. I have incredible views. The amenities are top notch and the building is so clean and well maintained. The insulation, both sound and temperature wise is so good. My apartment is so cozy and quiet. The area is perfect for me too. It's so easy to live car free here. Everything I need or want is within walking distance. And anything else is easily bikable. I highly recommend Modera Belmont and it's top notch team.

Lovely property! The apartments are quiet, roomy, and modern. The management is great, Emilee is awesome. The building gets cleaned regularly and feels safe. Close to lots of stuff in the Eastside!
