This is a beautiful, modern, and high-quality building with excellent design, gym, elevators, and interiors. Living here is genuinely comfortable, and the staff and management are professional and helpful whenever I reach out. I understand the building is still new and some processes may not be fully streamlined yet. I’m sharing this feedback to help ensure smooth, uninterrupted daily living. One issue that needs prompt attention is package access. Packages are currently being locked in the package room while the leasing office is open, which makes it impossible to retrieve them without finding a manager. Had an amazing move-in experience at Modera Aventura. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and the leasing office was incredibly helpful from start to finish. We worked with Donyei, and she was absolutely awesome — super cool, welcoming, and always quick to help with any questions we had. She really made the whole experience feel easy and personal instead of transactional. The building itself is beautiful — modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. From the amenities to the common areas, everything feels high-end and well taken care of. You can tell a lot of attention went into the details. Overall, couldn’t be happier with the move-in process and the support from the team. Huge shoutout to Donyei for making it such a great experience. Highly recommend Modera Aventura.

Donyei has been an excellent tour guide! She has the most welcoming smile and personality. I received my keys during peak hours, and she still made my transition smooth—she even took the time to entertain my high-energy 3-year-old. The rest of the office team and staff are equally friendly and helpful. I absolutely love living here; it truly feels like a five-star hotel with an oasis vibe. I’m so glad I chose to live here!

Andrea from the leasing office was absolutely wonderful to work with. From the very first time we visited the building, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. She took the time to answer all of our questions (and even the ones we didn’t think to ask!) with patience and clarity. Thanks to her guidance and support, we found the perfect place to call home. My Daughter attempted to lease an apartment at your property. She was treated like it was the year 1950. She has A1 credit. Never denied an apartment in her 30+ years But has never been so disrespected and disregarded by this group. She even had to go to the property because no one answered emails, phone calls, etc. Her moving day is down to the wire and still no communication from anyone. I can only assume people of her race are not desired. Because there is nothing else!!! She even gave me the number to call. Nothing! I'm thousands of miles from Miami and my heart is aching for my only Daughter. She was beside herself with worry.
