Modera Art Park

I’ve lived at Modera for a while and feel compelled to share my experience — especially with the leasing office. Andrew has been the backbone of this community. He is consistently responsive, professional, and proactive. If something needed to get done, Andrew handled it. He followed up, communicated clearly, and genuinely cared about residents. It was obvious he took pride in keeping this property running smoothly. Because of that, I was extremely disappointed to learn that after Lexi left, Andrew was passed over for the manager position. From a resident’s perspective, he absolutely demonstrated the leadership, work ethic, and accountability that role requires. Living here has been an incredible experience! Everyone in the leasing office is absolutely amazing—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The amenities are top-notch, from the well-equipped fitness center to the stylish common areas. The sunsets from the pool deck are breathtaking and make every evening feel like a mini getaway. This building is perfect for young working professionals who also know how to have fun. The whole place just has a great energy—living here is a vibe. Highly recommend! Some of the reviews here don’t read like real resident experiences at all. They read like internal maintenance notes copied into a review. For example, one recent “5-star” review literally includes a specific work order number and technical maintenance language about “water filter status checks” and “AC filter changes.” That is not how normal residents write reviews. Most tenants don’t even know their work order numbers, let alone include them in a public review. When reviews start looking like maintenance documentation instead of genuine resident feedback, it seriously undermines the credibility of the rating system here. Anyone considering living here should pay attention to patterns like that and ask themselves how authentic the reviews really are.

Modera Art Park has been a great place to call home for a couple of years. I want to give a huge shout out to Pat, he is truly the backbone of the maintenance team here and takes pride in his work. The security presence could be better, but the community has made great efforts to keep the community secure which is important in the RiNo neighborhood.

We love living at Art Park! Maintenance has always been wonderful in our nearly 2 years here, but it got even better once we had Pat! We’ve had consistently great experiences with our maintenance technician, Pat. He is always kind, professional, and incredibly quick to respond whenever we submit a request. Last week in particular, he really went above and beyond for us. We put in an urgent request because our freezer door wouldn’t close, and I was really worried about my stored breast milk defrosting. Pat came over right away and had everything fixed within 30 minutes. His quick response and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier.
