What a terrible company, Oh My God! Don’t waste your time with MODE. Especially if you are unfortunate enough to be forced to work with Nicole Ojeda-Johns. She is very difficult to deal with and makes it impossible to agree on anything. It’s simply her way or no way and this is very distasteful and upsetting. There are many better properties to choose from that are not managed by this company in the greater Phoenix area. Do yourself a favor!

Don't lease here. Run away and look elsewhere. Horrible inexperienced engineers and partners. Especially Paragon partners.

We highly recommend Mode real Estate as your commercial real estate property management company. Being a Real Estate REIT located in Canada, we choose Mode real Estate as our Property Managers in the Phoenix area. They have been our Property Managers since our first acquisition in Phoenix in 2015, since then they have been our service provider of choice and have been our property managers on the four properties we acquired in the Greater Phoenix Area. Great work with both tenants and us as the landlord as well as with our lenders. Awesome team of professional individuals.

I do not own commercial property or use their services but we back a plaza that they manage and we had some hanging trees from the plaza into our yard that leave a lot of leaves, flowers, etc. and our son is severely allergic. I thought it was an HOA issue and after 3 months of back and forth and rude correspondence with them, they told us it wasn’t their issue. We saw the sign for Mode Commercial property management and emailed them last night. THIS MORNING, I received a phone call and 2 emails to resolve the issue. I’m blown away at the prompt and kind response from all involved (David Verwer, Chase Ferguson, and Cassandra Picciotti). THANK YOU Mode Commercial!
