Purchase a home and invoice date to monies that they received was on August 14, 2025 still waiting on a title they claim that DMV has not processed it but that sounds strange as they’ve told me this on two other occasions they do not communicate very well, and I definitely would not recommend them for mobile homes commercial or residential services! I never had Such a bad experience, but I’ve only had experience between commercial and residential as I’ve only bought about 100 properties in my time. I hope this is not the Florida way🤔

We are now over 2 months since they've been paid, waiting for our titles to be transfered. Then we'll be waiting again for them to be retired. All they say is, "you don't understand". The fact is, we do understand. My husband was in the car business for YEARS. He and I did title work at least every week. After checking with the tag office, we were informed that the transfer is no different, and to retire a title is pretty much the same as surrendering a car title. MHTS said I'd receive an email as soon as the titles were in our name. I've received nothing. This tells me they have not completed anything! When you try to sell a mobile home and not the property you need to check to see if your title was retired for the mobile home. Then you have to go through a title search company to reinstate that title so you can sell the mobile home. I went with this group based on a few suggestions that they can handle this. Unfortunately, they ask for all the money upfront, wait a week for the check to clear before they start any work. They can’t tell you who they use and can’t tell you when you will receive anything. It seems like delay after delay with very nice responses but no results. Very frustrated and concerned at the moment that I just lost thousands and now also can’t sell my mobile home. Hopefully the Florida Doge group can take a look and speed up this process and bring it to 2025 not 19
