I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to thank M&M Homes for renovating another historic property for me. I’ve worked on several older homes over the years, and it’s hard to find contractors who truly understand historic renovations. As a busy physician, I don’t have time to manage projects day-to-day, and M&M Homes has consistently delivered quality work and peace of mind. I’ve recommended them to friends and family, and they’ve all had great experiences as well. Highly recommend.

Malik and the whole M&M team have been awesome. We bought a house from them 1.5 years ago. It’s modern, spacious, and beautiful (advanced upgrades on the inside) while still keeping that historic charm on the outside. During the warranty period they were super responsive and professional to any fixes we needed which I’ve heard can be a hassle with other companies. They are genuinely normal nice people who care about the houses they build and the families that will call it home. Would highly recommend M&M!

M&M Homes custom built our house. It was a wonderful experience working with them, from start to finish. The owners, staff and crew were so knowledgeable, caring and professional. While our house was under construction, we needed a rental & they have a rental department which made everything so much easier. Mallik and his team at M&M Homes provided some structural work for our home, and they built a deck and arbor for us, too. They were attentive to detail and willing to adjust things as needed when surprises came up. They also minimized the disruption for us while working in the house and on our property.
