M and J Services did an excellent job clearing snow at my cabin. They responded quickly when I first reached out and showed up exactly as scheduled. We had about 36 inches of snow on the decks and the roofs, and they cleared everything very thoroughly. They took care of the driveway, all decks, and the roofs, and the work was done clean and safely. What really impressed me was that they came back the next day on their own to clear one deck on the other side of the cabin, just to make sure everything was done right. They also provided before and after photos, which I really appreciated since I was not there in person. I called M&J Services because while I was away, the intense ice and snow storms left rock solid five foot drifts on my pool deck. The deck itself was sagging with that weight. Mark and his crew responded within an hour of my call. They arrived and immediately went to work. My deck is huge with two levels. I could not believe how fast they removed the ice and snow. In an hour and a half my deck was clear once again. They are hard working, courteous, professional, and reasonable. Simply, the best! If you need snow removal this winter, don’t hesitate to call them!
