Mitchell Homes is an amazing company to work with. From the very start, they made me feel comfortable in the process and everyone was there to support and guide me. There was never any question that went unanswered and I could reach out to anyone at the company when I needed. From the house plans, design, building process and final decisions; they were there every step of the way. I was confident at every turn knowing that they were there! The employees I was able to work with were hands down the best. I feel like I’ve known them for years and were always very personable. Mitchell Homes exceeded my expectations from start to finish. If you are looking to build, I highly recommend you start here first!

We are currently building with MH and have had a relatively smooth experience so far. I'll have to report back in a few years after we move in though! The design process was really great, very flexible to push walls out, move things around. Audrey and Angi were so helpful, always advocated for us to get what we wanted. I will say, the upgraded options are a bit pricey, but worth it in my opinion. Cathedral ceilings and drawer stacks are a must!

Rome, the builder was terrific! He kept me involved throughout the building process. He was able to answer all my questions. I think he went above and beyond his duties. The house looks great. Everyone in the neighborhood gave koodos to the home. It really stands out in the community. I wouldn't hesitate to use mitchell again. I do think there are things like the hatch in attic, rails on the front porch, and overhead power, for ceilings fans, should not be considered upgrades. They should be part of the building process. Other than that, it was a great experience.

We recently built with Mitchell Homes and absolutely love our new home! Very happy with the build. I loved being able to customize our floor plan and make changes to suit our family. All of the inspections went well. Our building process was seamless. The staff we work with were super helpful and kind. I highly recommend Mitchell Homes!
