Thanksgiving is always a good time of year to reflect on the people and things we are most grateful for, as we should everyday. Today it has been a little over a year since our dream became a reality, after 18 years of hard work and dreaming we moved into our home, our Mitchell Home. We are so thankful to them for saving us time, money, headache and the heart breaking difficulty we had with our first builder that left us in the hole and in a major bind trying to build and move on. They truly saved us all this and more with their no money down contract option. If it weren't for that, I wouldn't be sitting in the comfort of our beautiful Mitchell Home writing this. Working with Mitchell Homes has been a very good experience, and a ton of learning in the process, to include the negotiation, design choices, and now construction. We’re so excited to be getting ready to move into our new home very soon.
