I have been contracting out Mitchell and Associates for years for all my clients appraisal needs. They truly have the experience, knowledge and process in place to give you the best appraisal in every situation. I would highly recommend them any time you need to value your property for a purchase/refinance or any valuation need.

We are planning to buy a house without the help of a bank. My wife called this company to assist with appraisal and the lady who picked up the phone was not friendly and said they don’t have time for that. Not sure what they do? Poor customer service.

Not good at listening & taking notes.

Not good - Especially on New Construction and Lake developments.

Unprofessional in a time of need.
