Yes their nice yes things break easily no maintenance to attend to the breaking items. But most of all yall need to do manually apartment checks for illegal drugs usage. Or ppl who are not on the least.

No maintenance ever...no one ever returns or answers calls...things break quickly...fitness room equipment broken....no exterminator anymore...they just leave notes on door and make your stay more unpleasant by telling you no no no ....leaks come and go... they definitely need an upgrade on there staff to be more efficient to take better care of the grounds so the people can take better care of these apartments.. =/

Nice units! Great price, especially for the area. I've been trying to get an application, so I can get a place here. Probably one of the nicest places and cheapest places in this area!

Is so quick for there rent money or charge us high late fees but ive lived here over 2 yrs and since i moved in stuff started breaking got leaks that are ridiculous. And they want to charge us up to 700 dollars no shame

Awesome place to live..dont believe the bad reviews from the haters that left only one star..those people are ghetto and don't like paying bills anyways..these apartments are beautiful andpriced reasonably
