I had a tour today and honestly it was one of the best apartment tours I’ve had. She was super thorough, down to earth, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. No fluff, no sales pressure..just real, helpful information. I appreciate people who keep it honest and still make you feel comfortable asking questions. If you’re looking here, I definitely recommend scheduling a tour. It felt very welcoming. Chanel was top tier, a tour treat!

Ms.Chanel was my tour guide she was so amazing and accommodating!! She was very Professional and answered all questions that I had. The neighborhood was very nice . She also has a very great personality. These apartments are very affordable. If you plan to live here it would like to just go see them I advise to ask for Ms.Chanel!

SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!!! So I moved in on saturday where it was a snow storm when I got into the apartment i didn’t have no heat so i immediately let them know, they gave us a little heater until someone came and took about 7 hours for someone to come fix our heat and then they didn’t even fixed all the way they just tweaked the wires the first time it took for our heat to go completely out for them to do anything . okay cool then our toilet wasn’t working mind you this one the second day in the apartment and we going through stuff that should have been ready before we moved in . our front door was coming off the hinges and now our hot water is not working, As you can see we been having troubles since we moved in and i have yet to be comfortable in my home because of these problems…recentl

Good, affordable apartments with a relatively calm community. The manager, Rachel Gwyn, has been the most helpful apartment manager I have interacted with by far. If you're thinking about moving here, you should speak with her and she will give you honest and sincere guidance.

Living here has been a wonderful experience. The community feels welcoming, the grounds are well-kept, and everything is managed smoothly. Assistant Manager Rachel Gwyn deserves a big thank-you—she is kind, patient, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Her positive attitude and dedication to residents truly stand out. I’m grateful for her support and the great environment she helps create.
