Rented for a year they are very nice. Very nice move out and they provided every receipt for cleaning that they billed. Very professional. We had an issue with ants when it was spring and summer no matter how much we sprayed our house outside or in there would be ants in one room everyday. Even with traps. So that’s the only issue (prob because of the fruit trees, 638 Alturas) But otherwise very good place to rent!!!
Mike and Rita are both great managers to work with at mission realty ... They are the most efficient , thorough and prompt management I know . if they manage your property you want have a care they take care of all of it .
Been renting from them and i'm grateful that they've been great. Helpful, genuine and honest. Melanie is awesome
Do not work with Lucia on the team, only will lie and push you into homes you asked not to see... Do not recommend ever dealing with her.
