My partner and I recently applied for a rental through Mission Property Management, and it has truly been one of the best experiences we've had while searching for a new home. Moving can be a stressful and uncertain process, especially with children involved (I'm currently pregnant and we have an 8 year old), so finding the right place for our growing family was incredibly important to us. From the start, Jolene has been exceptionally kind and communicative, which is something we've found to be rare in this process. Denise, who showed us the home, was also wonderful, informative, and professional. We're incredibly grateful for how smooth and supportive this experience has been so far. It’s made a potentially stressful time feel much more manageable.

My husband and I rented a house from Mission Property Managment for 10 months before we bought a house and moved. Mission Property was amazing! Any issues we had with the home they handled quickly and with care. They were the best rental company we have worked with. If you are looking to rent through them you wont be disapointed!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying in a home managed by Mission Property Management. The entire staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. Whenever an issue arose, and thankfully there were not very many, it was immediately addressed and taken care of. Kathy's care and concern coupled with Amber's attention to detail and follow up is nothing short of awesome. I can honestly say that if I were to rent out one of my homes or had to use their services again, I would not hesitate. I highly recommend them.

My family and I rented a home that was managed by Mission Property for 6 years before the homeowner had decided to sell the home. They were very professional, nice and always took great care of the property. We are now renting under another management company because Mission Property did not have a home available for us at the time we needed to move. Please do your homework and read all reviews before renting from a management company. The one I have now is TERRIBLE and does not even come close to how Mission Property treated there properties or tenants. I highly recommend using Mission Property for your rental needs.

I have tried several different Property Management Co's in Riverside, and finally ended up at Mission Property. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the people who own this company have been in the Property Mgmt Business over 23 years, and over 20 years at the same address. That's got to say something. I own multiple properties, and when younger, I used to manage them myself. The first year I was with Mission Property my CPA was ecstatic about all my monthly statements and my year-end summary. He has recommended this Co to several of his clients. My properties are well maintained, and my vacancy factor has diminished tremendously. Also, because of very careful tenant screening, I haven't had an eviction process in several years now. Kudos to ALL the people at Mission Property!
