Mission Grand: Lofts at Lowry

When I first made this review, I left a 3 star, but have updated it to 4 stars due to all the positive changes. Elevator update 1/7/2026 The elevators are well maintained. If there are any problems, they're usually repaired within a day or two. Staff is very good with communicating elevator outages and solutions. The Mission Grand is actively upgrading and fixing a lot of problems they initially had when I first moved in. They've even fixed the mailboxes so I'm now able to get mail here instead of having to travel to the nearby post office. The following are older updates. These problems still exist to this day. They're not necessarily something the Mission Grand has control over, as these problems are mostly caused by the residents here. Update 8/15/2025- Apparently people living here

I moved into Mission Grand in December of 2025. The apartment was clean and ready for move-in. Throughout the process, management has been responsive, communicative, professional, clear, accommodating, and helpful! Maintenance requests are responded to very quickly. Mission grand has invested in fresh paint throughout the building and upgrades to security, installed package lockers, and gave the front office a modern “face lift”. The community room is being renovated as well and can’t wait to see the final reveal! Residents are friendly and I Dee safe here. I enjoy the peaceful neighborhood and plenty of trails where I can walk my dog. I am so happy I chose Mission Grand as my home!

My husband and I absolutely love living at Mission Grand Lofts. The overall atmosphere is modern, chill, and welcoming—it truly feels like home. The leasing office staff is amazing: always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help with anything that comes up. Their communication is excellent, which makes living here stress-free and easy. We’re especially thankful for the climate-controlled garage and storage—such a huge plus and not something you find everywhere. Our apartment is perfect for us, and we genuinely enjoy coming home every day. Highly recommend Mission Grand Lofts to anyone looking for a relaxed, well-managed, and comfortable place to live!

LOVING my new place at Mission Grand Lofts in Lowry. The improvements that are being made are gong to make this one of the THE BEST spots in Denver. Clean, QUIET and an AMAZING STAFF. Lena and her crew have been very attentive and accommodating to every need. Plus, LOWRY?!? WHO KNEW? The improvements in the Lowry neighborhood make it a great place to live. So many restaurants and convenient shopping spots mean I can leave my car in the garage and just WALK or BIKE to run errands. Definitely looking forward to my residence at Mission Grand Lofts in Lowry 😊 .

We love our apartment! The building is getting a facelift & the amenities are worth the rent & then some! The maintenance staff is respectful, quick to respond & very professional. The office staff have been beyond Helpful & so gracious with us. Lena & Melissa in particular were so helpful getting us all settled in. Can’t say enough about how great this place is!
