Mission Gate

We visited the leasing office for an enquiry about 2B apartment. When we reached there at 12:45, door was locked and there was a notice which said meeting till 1:30. We left and returned at 1:30 sharp, when we tried to push the door, it was locked again. My 10 year old tried to push the door as there was a click sound, she thought someone opened from inside, but immediately a lady came out and yelled at us and was saying you almost brokenour door. What kind of a door is that, which will break if a 10 year old push the handle. And she asked us why are you here, I said we came to enquire about an apartment, she said we are now on lunch break come back after 1 hour. We honestly felt really bad as if we were asking them to give us a free shelter. Then another guy came out and said we are on a

This place has been great for the past month of living here. I will say - the only cons are the bugs. Other than that, this place is phenomenal. Got a great deal through working with them. And love having a good place to call my first apartment. And the bug issue isn’t crazy. I saw a cockroach or so on my first day but as long as it ain’t a spider. We’re all good. Eddie Perkins is a phenomenal person and helped me along the process. If you’re looking for a good apartment. This is the place to go.

Mission Gate maintenance has improved significantly; requests are now being handled very quickly. I submitted a couple of service requests today, and they were addressed the same day. I really appreciate the service crew—special thanks to Andy (I hope I caught his name correctly) for patiently fixing every issue.

Living at Mission Gate feels like a calm, grown-up version of luxury living—less chaos, more comfort. The amenities are a big plus, especially the lounge with a WiFi café, the gym, and the pool. There are plenty of outdoor spaces that actually make you want to step outside and enjoy the property. Maintenance is responsive, the staff is welcoming, and the community stays impressively clean. My fiancé and I stopped in as a walk-in on a Saturday while out running some errands, and she still took the time to show us around without making us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. She showed us Unit 4102, and we really liked it—the floorplan was nice, it felt very spacious, and the amenities were a big plus. The pool area was a highlight, and the conversation pit was a cool touch that made the community feel more relaxed and inviting. Sydney was easy to talk to, answered our questions clearly, and explained everything in a straightforward way. She kept things professional while still being friendly, which made the whole experience comfortable.
