We looked at all the houses we were interested, took our time, she was so helpful and kind! We were approved for our dream home in less than 1 hour and she keeps us constantly updated. What a nightmare company. There contract states they have 2 years to build your house. My cash sale was canceled because I hurt their sales mgr feelings by calling her incompetent and rude. She sold me a lot and the house didn't fit on the lot. So, I had to pick out another that I really didn't want. A cash sale they canceled. So unprofessional and they want to talk at you and not to you. Over 2 months and nothing was started. I wanted weekly updates, well that's a problem and I guess I was wrong for wanting them. Read all reviews before you even think about buying with these people. I have bought and sold 7 homes in 5 years. I know good customer service and this was horrible!

I had the pleasure of walking in to view this community. I was greeted by Carmen Urias. She was a breath of fresh air. Super knowledgeable about all of the models as well as the local businesses. Thank you Carmen for a pleasant experience.
