Miroza at Ridge Hill

Lived at Miroza for about 1 year. It's a new building, if that's a plus for you. They were still finishing the top floors when I moved in. Staff: The staff is professional and responsive, and packages are delivered efficiently. Maintenance is reliable. They address issues fast and get it right. When tenants break the rules (as they invariably do) the staff is good about holding people accountable. If you want to treat your building like a lawless playground, smoke weed, and leave trash in the halls, don't bother applying. You will be held accountable. There are plenty of other buildings in Yonkers that will accommodate your behavior. Services/Amenitites: The shuttle to Metro North is convenient for commuting. I fell in love with Miroza when I first toured and now that I've lived here for a few months I can honestly say I still absolutely love it. Everyone I've interacted with has been nothing but kind and helpful. Move-in was easy, the building is clean and gorgeous, parking is a breeze, and you can't beat the location.

MIROZA III- After 3 months of living here I finally decided to write a review based off of the multiple experiences I have had with management. Let's start with the FIRST day of move in- you pick a time to move in and are assigned that slot. Because someone ELSE came at the time I was scheduled to move in, I was the one who was scolded and told my move in team had to wait. Second is lack of respect from management. There have been multiple issues with my apt (NEW dryer not working, hot water going cold after 15 minutes) and have those issues been resolved? No. When I explain to management (especially Lisa Morales) She replies offering no help, an attitude, does not even reply to the email, or she's condescending. Of the latest and I'd say the TOP complaint is this apartment building moved

If you have the opportunity to rent at Miroza with Asher Ben Or you will be consistently well taken care of. Bohemia Realty is very fortunate to have this man. He listened to what we were looking for and gives his all to make it happen. I kept waiting for him to seem like a typical realtor or salesman and he kept being the same amazing person! Thank you Asher Ben Or you are literally one of a kind!

Christine was amazing from start to finish! Couldn’t have asked for someone nicer, more considerate and made me feel like a priority. You didn’t feel like you were being assisted by an employee - she made you feel like a friend. Would recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment. Such a positive attitude and very accommodating. Christine is a gem!
