Do not live here. Ever. The apartment was disgusting when I moved in walls weren’t painted, floors were dirty, my bathtub didn’t work, countertops were unusable, and cabinet handles are falling off. The place is clearly not maintained. There are squatters in the complex, and someone actually tried to break into my apartment. I felt unsafe in my own home, and management has done nothing about it. On top of that, I pay for trash valet, and no one has ever picked up my trash or taken it out. Amenities like this are completely worthless, just like the office staff. The management is disorganized, unprofessional, and unresponsive. They constantly mess up rent, fees, and credits, and you will spend hours fighting for things that should be fixed immediately. This apartment complex needs shut down. Between termites, roaches, mold, and rats this place is uninhabitable. Only 1 member of maintenance does his job and the rest just half ass everything. My kitchen was flooded for months. I have lost use of my shower 3 different times since moving in in March. Couldn’t even move in for a week due to all the maintenance that needed done just to make it livable and even after moving in didn’t have a shower for weeks. There’s water damage to my ceiling that hasn’t been repaired for months. They cancel maintenance orders, then send you a message saying there tying them all into one and the only one that is then active is the only issue addressed not the others. I was scheduled for a tour. I drive an hour. When I got here staff refused to answer the door and then placed a sign telling me to come back in an hour and then a message to come back tomorrow. Didn't even greet me. This place is a rat infested dump anyway. Rude staff, tenants, broken windows, trash all over the place, . If they treat future tenants this way I can imagine how they treat tenants. Talked to a resident and he confirmed the place has rats and poor maintenance and management

The front office is very unprofessional and unaware of there jobs duty’s … there’s been holes in my walls since I moved in , dog poop all over outside…haven’t received a mailbox key the whole time I’ve been here my kids room also has mold in it for years (says the maintenance guy (the supervisor) they demand rent with property still damaged or half done I live in a 3 bedroom and for 4 months it has been a two bedroom the third room has mold too and carpet is mildewed ITS TIME WE START CALLING THE NEWS TO HAVE THEM IN TROUBLE BECAUSE PEOPLE LIFES ARE AT RISK !!! NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES WE CALL CODE ENFORCEMENT THERE MANAGEMENT NEVER FIXES THE ISSUES OR THE MAINTENANCE NOW THE ROOM HAS BEEN THIS WAY WELL OVER 3 WEEKS

This is what you can expect from this place. They don’t care about you or your health. They accept responsibility for nothing. I’m into my third year here and it just keeps getting worse. I had to take care of my roach problem myself, one of their dead trees hit my car and destroyed my windshield last week. You are forced to pay for valet garbage even though the people don’t show up a lot of the time. Many of the buildings are covered with termites.
