Miramar Apartments

I don’t live here but do drive by to get to my home almost daily. The units facing Justina are horrendous. Walls of the buildings are spray painted along with doors. Stairwell railing has “bit h” spray painted. Mind you there is a school across the street. Squatters have clearly made themselves comfortable by breaking in through the windows or AC units. Doors that have been broken, now just have wood nailed over them. Some units have windows missing. Garbage everywhere. It’s just gross. To think they charge anyone to live there, yet half their units look like this? Or have homeless living in them? Insane. Do better.

Do not stay here! The apartments are roach infested, window ac doesn’t cool the apartment and forget about getting your mail. College kids stayed here for a year and a half, the pool never worked and still doesn’t. Moved out in August and still haven’t received security deposit back yet about to file suit! Save your dollars and spend them elsewhere. These people are slumlords. Every time you go in the office there is completely new staff!!!!

It's a disaster! The faucet in our house has been broken for over nine months, and no one has done anything to fix it. It's especially worrying because one of our friends is pregnant and needs clean water. We've gone to the office several times, and they ignore us. It's unacceptable that no action is being taken to fix this problem. The ceiling has holes and could collapse, and there's a cockroach infestation. It's incredible that this place is considered one of the best apartments. The situation is unacceptable and requires immediate attention. It's been almost a year since we've been reporting the problems.

Miss Brown, the assistant property manager it was a great help to me and the community I was in a tough situation. She got me through the situation. I needed to make sure my rent was paid. I’m very thankful that she’s here and she’s continue doing great work for the apartment complex.

terrible place to stay, ceilings in multiple rooms caving in, maintenance requests going months unanswered, the swimming pools were broken the whole time we lived there, and still are! management and staff are a joke, maintenance guys don’t even speak English and once put a snake threw my wall from a neighboring apartment and did nothing to fix it. requested a new microwave and waited 6 months for it before eventually moving out due to other above issues named, oh and you pay for pest control but they never come out and when you request it they just send a maintenance guy with store bought spray… save your money go elsewhere
