Future residents, I would not recommend living here at all. My experience this year has been extremely disappointing due to a complete lack of management action and accountability. For months during the fall semester, my roommate kept a total of five unregistered pets in our unit. I went to the office multiple times and sent my first email in October, yet despite management claiming to perform regular inspections, her animals were never flagged and no fines or follow-up actions were ever issued even though the pets were present in the apartment for 3–4 months. I want to make it very clear that if I am charged for any pet-related damages, I will be extremely upset. You’re most likely guaranteed a seat every time soo that’s a plus I guess?? BUT the busses do NOT make up for the terrible experience my roommates and I have endured. We renewed so soon because the apartments will harass you about re-newing and gaslight you into thinking you’re going to save money, but it’s JUST A SCAM. They literally have us trapped here. I’ve contacted the office numerous of times if there’s any possibility for lease termination and unfortunately, subleasing is the only option. do not stay here. horrible service, and apartments. if you’re in a 4x4 and have room B, be careful if you decide to hang something up in the bathroom as there’s a main drain in there that they do not warn about and if you hit that you will be charge 700$ regardless of not knowing about the pipe! they will also put the charge on your account and not tell you anything, and then you will get delinquency notices as soon as that charge is put on your account threatening you with eviction if you do not pay. when we first moved into our apartment, it smelt like straight mold and even our side cabinet in the kitchen had water remediation holes in it that they hadn’t bothered to fix when we moved in. and when they did fix it, they just put a piece of wood over it and called it a day. we also had ou

On move in day my unit was roach infested, the furniture was wet to the touch and moldy, walls covered in dirt, found fentanyl test strips. They wouldn’t replace the couch even though it was moldy and said “it was too late because I already moved in”, I even suggested to take it out myself so I could have a non moldy couch to sit on, I was lucky they replaced the mattress at least. The manager came up to see my unit and said “this won’t be the worst I see today.” I was completely miserable living here. Stay far far away

The Mirage is poorly managed and not worth the money. I moved out in July but was still charged $180 for utilities after I left (mind you Its almost the end of September) , even though the manager told me my last bill was in August. Maintenance is unqualified (a dryer repair burned my clothes, the AC broke constantly, and the ceiling leaked) and the gates that were promised in the lease never worked. The property is dirty, sidewalks never get cleaned, and the office staff is lazy about finding packages. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. They also constantly have roach infestations in most units and one of the buildings was literally falling on its side.
