Mirador & Stovall at River City

I really enjoy my apartment location here at Mirador. The office staff and maintenance are ALWAYS professional and yet warm and easy to talk, laugh and spent a good chill time with. We really love the convenience of the local area food spots and shopping. The occasional engagements of a food truck, Wine down hour or just a quick visit into the office is always welcoming to us. The price is reasonable I do have one annoying shout out tho GATE. I still am pleased to call Mirador Home. SS

I wanted to wait on reviewing this complex until I've been here for a few weeks and so far, Im loving it! My friend and I were here looking for places to rent back in December and saw some decent places but none really felt like home, we were on our way back to our home city a few hours away when we just happened to drive by and see this place, somehow it wasnt on our list. Anyway, we walked in like 30 minutes before the office closed and were immediately greeted by Sophia who made us feel so welcome and she gave us a quick tour of the grounds and showed us a one bedroom just to get a sense of their spaces as they had no 2 beds available to view at that moment. I am currently looking for my next home for myself & family. I recently visited this community and was greeted by the sweetest lady (Sophia)!!! The process of looking for your new home can be very nerve wracking and out of all the places I’ve visited this experience was the absolute best!! Sophia was very nice she has great energy and is very informative! She made my daughter & I feel so welcomed. The encounter was a 10/10 I will be applying soon!

A few weeks ago, I was in the process of looking for a place to live here in JAX. I visited several communities, but this one was the best. The staff was very professional and friendly. The person who helped me throughout the process was Kiyon'te. She is very attentive to detail, has a great attitude, and is extremely kind. She was always available to answer my questions about the application or anything else I needed. Highly recommended.

I have lived here almost 2 years. The office staff and maintenance team are always so knowledgeable and helpful. I wanted to give a special shout out to Cleeve (I apologize if I spelled his name wrong) he is on the maintenance team and has helped me multiple times first thing in the morning. I go running in the mornings and have had to ask him a couple times for help. Thank you! Updating my review to include Antonio! It wouldn’t let me leave another review but Antonio is the manager and is always friendly, helpful and I always see him working hard. The team here is really great!
