8/19/23 @ about 12:30p - We’re shopping for a home, went in to the office after seeing another home in the area, front desk ladies handed us a form to fill in our info, no one came to speak to us after, we had to go back to the front desk to try to get help, for them just to tell us that if our realtor wasn’t there he wouldn’t get any commission, and that they couldn’t show us any homes without a realtor…? (The info card asked for our realtor info which we filled out) So we left asking for the info card to be returned to us because we didn’t want anyone there to contact us, and one of the ladies at the front desk says don’t worry no one was going to contact you and rips up the info card we filled out in our face. Horrible customer service to say the least.
