Ministry Lofts at St. Michael's

I lived here for a year. I think it is the best apartment around this district. The apartment manager Jordan is really helpful. One day I forgot my key to enter the building, I sent a message on Saturday night, She replied very quick and give me the access code. The buiding is also new, high celling, free parking.

I had a wonderful tour and chat with the property manager, Jordan. She was super helpful with answering questions and figuring out what would work best for me! Unique building, awesome view, and great location.

Next to the (amazing) Ministry of Brewing are the Ministry Lofts. It's walking distance to JHU Medicine and dog friendly. Those positives are quickly outweighed by pretty horrendous management (by Corvus). There have been something like 4 property managers in my <1 year at this building. None of them have successfully addressed resident concerns. If you look at their website, this seems like a slam-dunk choice. However, most of the promised amenities are non-existent (see image). Bulk trash was been left near the dumpsters for months, door handles come off doors easily since they used low-quality building materials to finish off the units, the handrail for the entire staircase came out of the wall, and the website "maintenance orders" are mostly for show. **UPDATE: December 2022* The property owners, Corvus, regained management of the building and there have been positive changes since. • The internet was restored in the lounge and there have been no more heating or cooling issues there. Happy to have discovered this property. Newly renovated, very spacious apartments. Great location, close to Hopkins. Management was very helpful throughout my moving process. The attached brewery is surely a bonus!
