Absolutely amazing, i rented for 4 years with Mindful management and i can tell that my experience with them was incredible. They are Always there to make sure everything is working properly and in perfect condition for the tenant’s. Natalie and Monica are very responsive and helpful with any issues or questions i have had. Bart has repaired the lights repainted the floor and has helped with a leak we were having... arriving within the hour of our business calling. They are the absolute best when it comes to a management company and Land Lord and are an absolute breeze to deal with. The Jamaican maintenance guy at 4700 N Hiatus Road, I believe his name is Damion is very responsive and efficient. I reported an issue in my unit at that property at 2:30pm and by 3:45pm it was fixed. I reported 1 vent having an issue and he came and cleaned 5. Way to go above and beyond, Damion deserves recognition!
