Great apartment complex and a nice place to live. Everyone I've meet are very nice an everyone seems to get along with each other and always friendly. Everyone gives a helping hand an it's drama free because the people there mind there business and stay out of other people's issues ( If there is ever any issues) Nice places and very reasonable. 1bed 1bath spacious w/swimming pool

Hello I been here since august cause I needed a place and to be honest cause this mindell garden apartments was the only thing i could afford at the time. I was recommended by a cousin never ever listen to family. This is the worst place i have ever lived in my entire life the staff lazy they dont care or fix nothing they are 100% liars they didnt secure the building for hurricane the maintenance guy is a alcholic drug addict always drunk and high with prostitutes he is a very rude disrespectful man that almost hit a lady on the second floor now is picking on me cursing at me calling me nasty names and telling me my friends cant come over nobody can visit me ha ha i don't know what his problem is but i am a american was born in the united states i am a very proud New Yorker with a Cuban ba

I love where I live. I can get in the pool anytime I want, my grandkids come over and get in the pool. The people at the rent office is very nice.
