Milwee Street Apartments

I love living here! I have not encountered any negative experiences with my apartment or the management here like others are saying. They have been super friendly since the day I walked in and haven’t changed. The maintenance is always on point here and they keep the whole property clean, even on the weekends. I love that it’s always clean and quiet here. I live in a 2 bedroom here and this place is my solace. I love coming home everyday. We appreciate the ladies in the office! They are nice and helpful.

Wonderful property and the staff is great! Jade goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. The property is in great shape is is beautiful. I will definitely be renewing my lease!

It’s unfortunate to see others reviews on this amazing property and it’s team. I have lived here since it was first built and I have had an amazing experience living here. As a rule follower, I had never had any issues with the leasing team. Jade, Jay and Nayeli have always shown kindness and respect to me. I believe we all have different experiences depending on how we act as residents and we also make mistakes so it is only right to take accountability of that, instead of blaming the team! The maintenance team is also the best, always so quick and nice! I would 100% recommend living here.

I’ve only lived here for a few months and hesitated to leave a review since I’m still a resident, but I’ve had so many issues that it’s hard to ignore. Within our first month of living here, our dishwasher, washing machine, and A/C all broke (and the A/C broke twice). The maintenance staff are actually very kind and quick to respond, but it was still extremely frustrating and felt like the apartment wasn’t properly prepared before we moved in. We also put up curtains on the outside, something we’ve done in all of our previous apartments without any issues. We were told to take them down, which we did, left them by our storage closet to store once we were able to make space. However, because they were still visible, we were charged $50. My wife and I lived here for a tad under 2 years. It was an upgrade from our last home and provided everything we needed to be absolutely satisfied with our home. The management team is sweethearts, and the maintenance team remains on point! The neighbors are trustworthy with Amazon packages, and the small community is a nice detail for peace of mind. I love my new home, but Milwee did not leave a sour taste in my mouth. I do wish they had gotten rid of the visitor parking situation, especially when my wife (a resident) got towed for parking in the wrong spot. A simple mistake that could've been dismissed.
