Milo Bayside

I’ve been living at Milo Dayside for about six months now, and I can honestly say I’ve noticed a lot of positive changes since the new management took over. The new team has really stepped up — they’re helpful, responsive, and get things done when you need them to. Big shoutout to the maintenance crew too! They’ve been holding it down and making sure everything runs smoothly around here. It’s great to see real progress and people who genuinely care about the community. The leasing agents are also amazing — always friendly, professional, and quick to answer any questions I have. Keep up the great work, Milo Dayside team!

Update: 8 days ago the complex said it hired additional maintenance workers but I genuinely have no idea what they do as the grass is now two feet high all over the complex, the pool is a beautiful shade of algae green and the dog poop that had lived in the can in the dog park for the last several weeks has been unceremoniously dumped on the sidewalk. The trash cans that used to be overflowing have been emptied and turned upside down so they're unusable now. Can't complain about overflowing trash if you don't have trash cans, touche. The complex did offer a very generous $25-$100 dollars off for anyone who gave them a five star review. You can go ahead and ignore any good reviews after 5/27/25. Since the new management team took over, the entire community has improved so much. Communication is quicker, maintenance requests are handled efficiently, and you can really tell they care about the residents. The property feels cleaner, more organized, and more welcoming overall. I also had a really positive encounter with Travis, the new property manager he was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on making things better for the residents. It’s refreshing to interact with someone who truly listens and follows through. I’m excited to see the direction this community is headed.

I moved to this apartments in 2020 This property change so many owners and management none kept a promise to maintain this property. Nothing been fixed all delays and same lame story not enough people. It’s so dirty and dangerous lot of mold issues. Health issues they don’t wanna give you another unit, but they’re gonna increase your price not help for all and don’t wanna speak to you And don’t treat you like a human being or respect paying on time never had issues and the only way they want to fix later the mold issues by putting ammonia, chemical bleach mask not fix it

I’ve been a tenant here since March 2023, and let me tell you, the management here is a complete joke. They’ll flat-out lie to you about finding the perfect place to live, but once you move in, that’s when the real problems start. The renovations were done by unlicensed contractors, and everything in the apartments is just plain wrong. You can see it in the other reviews, and it’s not just a minor issue. The mold and roaches are absolutely appalling, and it feels like you can’t escape them. To make matters worse, many of the items in the apartments are ruined because the management doesn’t care about your belongings.
