Millworks Apartments

Very happy with my relationship with Amy & Matthew here at Millworks. They’re both very responsive. Only complaint is the lack of communication between the answering service and the Millworks staff. Off- hour calls/messages don’t seem to be received by/relayed to, the Millworks team in a timely manner. This has only happened twice in my 1+ year residency Would also like my rent to subside vs increase 🙏🤣✌️ Mike

We have very fond memories of staying in Millworks Apartments. The apartment is very conveniently located, with the downtown and grocery stores nearby. The locality is very safe with friendly apartment staff members. The maintenance support is good and we saw improvement in maintenance during our stay. The apartment access is very good and planned thoughtfully for elderly people as well. Whitney and Valerie have been very accommodating with the move-in and move-out procedures and documentation. I would recommend this apartment particularly to those with small families. Suggestions: The management should arrange more events. The gym needs to have a restroom next to it.

Matthew was super polite and patient with all my questions. The apartment and neighborhood are very attractive.

From the first visit to the move-in meeting yesterday, I have been extremely impressed with Millworks, and have also felt very welcomed. Both Matthew and Amy have been extremely helpful, informative and friendly. My first encounter with Millworks was through the intuitive and helpful website. I was able to check back frequently on availability for the floor plans that interested me. Eevn before I visited the complex for the first time, I could envision myself living there. The first time I visited, I was able to see a one bedroom, which helped me get a feel for the quality of the place. This was late last year and Matthew said he would follow-up with me in early January to check in and that happened on the day he said he would call. I was able to see the floor plan I was interested

Teddy & Stephen fixed our issues efficiently & did a great job! Problems solved! And they cleaned up after they finished! Well done.
