Arlene Gable was so much more than a realtor. We were from Ohio looking to buy in Florida. She helped us through every aspect from lining up places to look at when we came down to showing us everything the area had to offer. She knows all the best places to stay, eat, and visit. We knew it would take several trips to dial in where we wanted to live and then to find the right house. 3 days later she helped us place the offer. I honestly don’t even know where to begin. To keep this as short as possible I’d like to give negative stars to Gwen Jenkins. To start we told her we needed to buy and sell our home. As an experienced realtor she failed to disclosed how tough the market is right now. She undoubtedly had our home sold within 24hrs after being on the market. After almost a week of battling with her to get her to show us homes. She decides to inform us that she “is not good at buying” WOW .Not to mention we rarely got responses before noon!! SERIOUSLY! She did not put the contingency we needed for us to buy a home to sell so we where rushed to find a home with another realtor. She did get her husband to help our home when it needed a repair witch we are very grateful for him and his hard work. Something came
