Usually their laundromat below their office is okay. It’s somewhat clean, but most of the times we’ve had to use it, there has been water and/or detergent all over the floor. And our most recent encounter has left us with a washer full of soapy water throwing an error code. There is no phone number or point of contact listed ANYWHERE for the laundromat should any problems arise. I only happened across Millett real estate owning it from a random Facebook post. It’s quite unprofessional to not have any sort of contact in a place like this when so many things can and have gone wrong. All that said, we’re now out the $5 it takes to start the machine and have NO way of contacting anyone to unlock a machine full of soapy water that our clothes have now been sitting idle in for hours. I was using their laundromat in Clarks Summit. I had trouble,with a machine, it took $1.75 of the 2.00 it costs to wash and wouldn't take the last quarter. Of course my soap is already in machine so now I am out the soap and the $1.75. There is no name or number of laundromat or owner or who to call with an issue. I called around town to dry cleaning companies to find out owner. They are closed on a weekday during business hours so no help there either. I then found an out of order slip with request for refund attached. I was going to fill out the refund card but they want .50 cents just to mail it. Unvelievably awful service and the worst way to run a business EVER!!!!! I will go to Dalton from now on.

I rent an apartment from Millet Real Estate. Nicole was wonderful to work with. I was supplied with her cell number, the office number, and the contractors number should I need anything. I forgot to sign one of my checks and was able to just stop by the office to sign it no problem thanks to Lisa.
