I found Shelly Zach to be unethical. Apparently, she is part of a trend with Wahp/Breck realtors who have been buying low, doing nothing to the property & immediately reselling. In my case, she relisted my house immediately upon closing for 50% more than the sale price. Per the MLS record today/photos, absolutely nothing has been done to improve the property. Artificially inflating the prices of homes, for profit may be deemed illegal per the FBI, and this is now a common practice since Fargo MLS has come to the area a couple of years ago. I guess it helps Ms. Zach financially, & her husband's home builder business, but artificially inflating prices and flipping the day of closing certainly isn't doing the community any favors.
