Justin was fabulous to work with again. He helped find our home with great patience and understanding. Then just recently helped us sell that same home. He is so easy to talk to and explains everything so "you" can understand. Jamie helped with our sale and was fantastic. These two are top notch!!

Old realtor from Miller retired and kicked me over to someone else without ever responding to my email to her. The person who reached out wasn't very motivated and told me what I was looking for in my price point would be very difficult to find. When she followed up weeks later I had already moved on to a Greenridge realtor and was pre-qualified and had an offer in on a property that checked most of my boxes. Miller lost 2 sales and another in 2-3 years when we're looking again because they were unmotivated with very poor follow up.

If you are looking for a realitor and up in the air on who to go with. You can stop searching and trust me when i say go with leanne Willkins. She is the best. She helped us sell our starter home and also helped us buy our dream property. I know the market is crazy right now and selling is effortless. But we had a very unique situation and it was alot of work and trouble for everyone. But she made it alot easier on us. If it wasn't for her we would of stopped our process completley. She earned every penny she worked for. Willing to help. Friendly. And ALWAYS responded to every text and phone call very quickly. Highly recommend.

Miller Real Estate and Larry Allerding in particular are excellent to work with. Larry did everything he could to make our experience buying a commercial building easy as possible. He didn't hesitate working long and late hours to make it happen for us. He is very knowledgeable in the local market.

I've dont like relitors that tell you walhat you want to hear over what you need to hear. I am sure some people prefer that personally I prefer the truth or at the very least hearing you honest opinion. I just know I will never use them again.
