Miller Lofts at Plant Zero

The entrance is a bit louder, but I'm managing and getting reaquainted with living in an apartment. I can't access the drawers next to stove/oven without actually opening oven door. Other than that, 5binga are going rather smoothly.

The absolute worst place I have ever stayed, constant issues, property managers were rude at times. Then after I left they had a nerve to say I did not pay my last month’s rent. Keep your receipts when staying here. Constant fighting in the hallways, constant arguing. Towing/ parking was ridiculous in this area. Multiple incidents where people cars were broken into. The rent is cheap, but there are better apartments than this one. My health was at risk due to the overwhelming amount of mold growth. Furniture had to be discarded. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

What's the point of having packages delivered to the leasing office when it's always closed or closed early almost every day? While occasional closures are understandable, when residents need to collect their packages or seek assistance from the leasing agents, and we can't because some agents are in "training," it's frustrating because this has nothing to do with the residents. Having to wait days to receive packages or even submit a maintenance request is ridiculous. As a long-time resident, this is probably the most inefficient management style Miller Lofts has ever had.

The absolute worst place you can move into I’ve been here for about 3 years and it gets worst each day. When I first moved in I was unable to view my apartment or do a walk through until I signed my lease. When I finally moved in I noticed there were no windows! Only one way in one way out which is a huge fire and safety hazard nothing worked it was mildew and mold everywhere they refused to replace anything. My shower broke in the middle of me using it causing a bruise that they still never fixed. My washer and dryer is rusty and fallen apart they still have yet to fix that. My car plus a number of others has been broken into numerous times and they will not give footage. The rent portal is always down so you must pay in a money order or check but the office is always closed. The agent Ga

Don’t move here . The rental office is never available to answer and questions . I’ve lived here for 2 years and have seen 3 property managers come and go. Over 5 leasing agents have quit due to being inadequately trained. They do not adhere to rules they set for the tenants and are always sending you your ledger through email whenever you have questions about your balance but refuse to address the discrepancies that they make in your account. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors for the flat rate of $1,1150+ in rent. The complex does not have cameras and have regular car break ins . I have replaced my passenger window twice . They have mold growing mushrooms out there walls!!! Don’t apply for these apartments!!
