Millennium Westshore

Been at Millennium Westshore for about 3 months now. I've read the negative reviews but I haven't experienced the things people are complaining about. I've got no legitimate complaints other than the occasional inconveniences & downsides that one should expect when living in an apartment complex (fire inspection, alarm tests, people not picking up after their pets etc). It's super quiet (inside & out) which was a pleasant surprise. My neighbors keep to themselves and we're all respectful to one another. The AC works great, plenty of electrical outlets, the washer cleans clothes & the dryer does a fantastic job drying them. All the other appliances work great too. I recently completed my 16-month lease at The Millennium, and I was very pleased with my experience. The amenities and floor plans are modern and well-maintained, and maintenance requests were always handled quickly. The staff was helpful and responsive whenever any issues arose. The best part about living at The Millennium is definitely the location—it’s right across the street from the International Mall, close to downtown, and conveniently near the highway for trips to St. Pete or Clearwater. Julio was fantastic in helping me secure my unit and made the process seamless. I would highly recommend The Millennium to anyone looking for a great apartment in the area!

Have been living here for about a month, so far no fire alarms like other reviews have said :))) maintenance has been awesome, arriving less than 24 hours after input, sometimes as soon as an hour. Gorgeous spacious studio apartment. Best deal for the amount of space I got. Julio at the front office was super helpful! Answered all my questions and even let me tour twice to make sure it was what I wanted. Amenities are kept clean, not super busy. So far so great!!

I’ve had such a great experience living at the Millennium. The staff really care and are always helpful, and the maintenance team is seriously awesome—they fix things fast and are super friendly. The community feels safe, clean, and welcoming.

Never have I had a more unprofessional and disappointing experience engaging with a property. From the beginning there was no reply to emails, there was repetition of asks (they asked us for our ID 3 or 4 times to verify) and finally we were fed up after no communication that we went to look at a different property. Then they let us know via email that we were “approved” with no leasing agreement to ever come up. Naturally we moved on. Then we receive a collections letter for $250 with no communication from the property. Had they engaged via phone, email, sent us an invoice or if their application portal actually worked we may have paid it directly to them but they were unprofessional enough to just send to a collections company.
