I would not recommend living here based on my experience. The noise insulation in the apartment is extremely poor. You can hear everything from upstairs, and it gets very frustrating—especially if your upstairs neighbors aren’t considerate. When I brought this up to the staff, one of them even admitted that she hears noise from above sometimes even when she knows no one is living upstairs. That’s not what I was told when I toured the place—they said they never had complaints about noise. The staff I interacted with early on were also unhelpful and dismissive. When I reached out about the noise issue, one woman asked me if I had any kind of “record” of the sound, as if she was questioning my credibility instead of trying to help. I just move to LA this is one of the buildings I’ve toured and eventually moved into. Jayden, the assistant manager, took me on the tour. He is extremely helpful and answered all questions I had patiently, he made sure that the application process and move in was seamless, all my parcels are kept properly in the mailroom or delivered to my doorstep. It’s been 2 weeks here and I must say the staff is very supportive whenever I had an issue, Cassandra, the leasing agent is always eager to help, and the maintenance staff helped fix any defects right after an maintenance order was made. Overall, it’s a good experience!!

Leasing manager Jayden Reyes turned out to be unbelievably awesome and incredibly helpful. We’ve never experienced this level of service and support anywhere else in Santa Monica. He guided us through the entire screening process, helped with all the paperwork, and offered us the best possible option. He’s amazing!!! Thank you!

I have been living here for 4 years now. I must say that from the beginning since I started living here , the leasing team has always addressed me with a condescending and dismissive tone. The building is big, so I convinced myself that I wouldn’t need to interact with them much anyway and decided not to Let this bother me within my stay and figured I stay invisible as possible. As time progressed and the building filled up with tenants, the problems commenced. There’s definitely a “type” of community here. Not sure if it’s racist or classism or a mixture of both or just jerks . Initially the building had great security system. In the more recent months there was a sudden turnover on security. Martin was very patient and helpful in accommodating any needs I had. I highly recommend this place and him for those looking to lease an apartment in the Santa Monica area!
