Millennium on Post

Super quiet property. There isn’t a million extra fees, either. You just pay for water, electricity, sewer, and the same utilities you’d pay elsewhere. Comes unfurnished, but if you can find good stuff you save in the long run, and there’s a lot of space too

I’ve been renewing at this complex for a while and it’s only been a great experience! It’s a spacious apartment for a good price in a nice area of town that’s pretty quiet, but still close to the university and the river. During my time here, I’ve honestly hardly had any maintenance issues come up and if anything does happen, management is responsive and very quick to get it taken care of. The staff is very friendly and communicative, and always happy to help with any and all questions/requests. Compared to other apartments in town, the Millennium on Post is definitely a highlight and an underrated gem.

I've lived in a few apartments during my time at Texas State in San Marcos and by far the best place I have stayed is at Millennium on Post. Unfortunately I moved out in order to move into a house after graduating but I would have stayed another year if I was able to. The rooms are affordable, staff is friendly, maintenance team gets things done. Residents are quiet, rooms are spacious with private bathrooms and HUGE closets. All these things are great but I think what really made my stay here amazing was the staff. The management team are some of a nicest and down to earth people I have ever met. They are willing to go the extra mile with you to make sure you are satisfied. Specifically the man in charge has been the nicest most helpful manager I have ever experienced. I highly recommend

I moved in last week and so far everything has been great! Zach has been extremely helpful throughout the process of signing and definitely went the extra mile to ensure my needs were met with the complex. I personally haven't lived at a complex where management is attentive, so that's a huge comfort for me. The apartment was very clean, especially in comparison to other units I have moved into. So far, I'm really happy I decided to live here!

I definitely recommend living in this complex. They are super accommodating to your needs and understand the life of a college student. My move in was flexible and they matched me with a great roommate! Maintenance is also extremely responsive and the apartment is very clean and spacious. I wish I would have chosen the Millennium when I first moved to San Marcos. This will be my home until I graduate! I appreciate Zach and the staff for making sure everything went smoothly since I have moved in. Again, I highly recommend signing here!
