Millbrook Country Club

I’ve had an amazing experience living at the Millbrook county club The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels like home. The apartment itself is spacious and modern, with great amenities. A huge shoutout to the apartment manager, Jasmine—she is always professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Whether it’s answering questions, resolving concerns, or just being welcoming, she goes above and beyond for residents. The maintenance crew is also top-notch! They respond quickly to requests and make sure everything is fixed properly. I truly appreciate their hard work in keeping the property in great condition. Overall, I highly recommend the Millbrook county club to anyone looking for a great place to live with excellent management and service. Keep up the great work!

This place charges rent for a studio 8 hundred and something but they don't make it their priority to tend to work orders. It's ridiculous you have to supply your own refrigerator, the a/c hasn't worked in over a year, no smoke detector battery given or carbon monoxide detector, exhaust fan doesn't work and I have an non repaired hole that was made by a vendor to upgrade the breaker box that cutout a hole too big. It's been over a year and I can still see in between the walls

Hilarious! When I saw the name of the place I got curious about where on Millbrook it was because Millbrook doesn't really have any high end apartments,homes etc that can be titled or named Country club estates so when I got to the picture I couldn't help but laugh and show my brother

This place is not up to par. They do not fix anything right you have to put in a work order and when you do that it takes them almost 2 weeks to come and fix what needs to be done, homelessness and drug activity everywhere and then they’re going up on the rent. I would not recommend anyone to move here unless you have to because they are really some slumlords.

I live here & have difficulty getting help to get n the complex. They said I have to carry all my groceries n the front gate until I pay the price of $50 or $25 to get a pass? I could usea lil advice if only they would try to hec lpThey give different prices as they feel.ill probably have to move.i covered the sensor & got reprimanded. Still no help.
