Mill Village Apartments

The positives are often self-explanatory, but I will say the appliances worked well and consistently, we had very kind neighbors, and the maintenance team was the best I've seen on any property anywhere, no question (more about them below). For the issues, Where do I start.... Many tenants don't pickup dog poop, and all the management team does is send intimidating emails (no true resolution), and the poop just gets left there. An email won't solve the physical problem, and it always falls on deaf ears. We even sent footage of another tenant letting their dog poop on our front entrance, and it still continued to happen for months. On several occasions, we had strangers literally walking through the lots at night with flashlights, looking into cars. There is very clearly, NO SECURITY meas

I love the apartment everything was just what I needed it was just a few things that wasn’t clean but the manager made sure that it was cleaned the next morning

Erika at Mill-Village Apartments is seriously the best! She’s always friendly, helpful, and goes out of her way to make sure everything is running smoothly. Whether it’s answering questions, handling maintenance, or just checking in with a smile, she really makes you feel cared for. You can tell she takes pride in her job and truly wants the best for the residents. Mill-Village wouldn’t be the same without her!

I love it here. Both the management and maintenance does a great job always!!!

Erika was very professional and very informative while also making sure all of my answers questions were answered! She showed us around the complex and showed us 2 apartments of interest! I loved both! Ido recommend trying to seek a apartment here if you havent yet!
