I enjoy my unit at mill pond but I wish there were more windows. My family and I have lived here a little over two years so far no major complaints. Also,They do a really good job on the grounds. And if you have any issues with your unit , they take care of it in a timely manner.
The townhouses are not bad at all. The maintenance team is good depending on who you get. Most are excellent, Justin is awesome and on top of things. The office staff is very friendly. Grounds are well kept and cleaned. We are happy here. The only complaint I think I have is they were supposed to power wash toe townhouses last fall and didn't. The outside is kind of nasty looking and if it's mold, I am allergic.
I had an issue and it was dealt with within hours. The men that came were wonderful and very professional. I have lived here over 12 years and have had few problems, but when there has been an issue, it has been handled in a timely manner.
On a revisit to the Broad Brook Mill pond since 2022, I saw a variety of migrating Canada geese, Great Blue Herons, White Egrets, Mallard ducks, Ring Billed gulls, Green Herons, Red-Wing Black birds, Warblers, Red-Tail Hawks and other large raptors and visiting juveniles. Also, have seen small frog/toads and more. It's a wonderful nature area park for family friends, and birders to observe, learn and enjoy!
The maintenance crew at Mill Pond are the best I’ve ever seen. Not only do they get it right the first time but they’re their same day or next not weeks. Very happy.
