Mill Creek Apartments

Shay is such a wonderful person and was such a big help in assisting with moving us out as getting everything taken care of for us in a timely manner. We had a small issue and Shay got everything figured out for us. If you plan on moving in to Mill Creek Apts , I would recommend dealing with Shay , she will get you right !

I’ve lived at Mill Creek long enough to see the good, the bad, AND the ugly and I can honestly say this property has never looked better than it does right now. Mill Creek used to feel like a distressed community with no real leadership in place. Every day felt chaotic. Maintenance was behind, office communication was off, and the property needed REAL structure. But everything changed once Angel and Shay stepped into the office. These two women are the definition of what strong, hands-on management looks like. From day one, you could feel the shift. I recently visited a Mill Creek Apartments and I was in total shock on the customer service I received Angel, Marcus and Shay was very helpful. I love their energy their personality. Their customer service was awesome. I wasn’t expecting that kind of service and treatment. Great job Mill creek getting the right team in

5/6/2024 I love my apartment and new home .Marcus was on point and very responsive to everything I needed since I been here. Notes : that's when I first came ..Now it's 11/18/2025 and the whole entire complex water is off but want they on rent on time is crazy 😧.... Sending rachet letters around atleast make sure y'all shit together , I'm just saying .
