Our experience with Jordan Yapp has been excruciatingly painful. We were told weeks ago that our VA loan was in order. Now weeks before we close on the home he says oops sorry the VA won't guarantee the loan because of an issue on your credit. One would think this would have come up when they did the credit report in July before we committed to this sale. I have paid a $400 commitment fee and paid $500 in deposit already. Then not explaining clearly what he was doing, he wrote the loan $5k over the asking price to cover closing costs. After the sellers agreed to pay the $5K in closing costs. Very deceptive! If I had known this I would never have agreed. Not to mention our payment estimates have changed 4 times in the course of a few weeks. From $1200 to 1300 to 1400 then finally 1500 back

SCAM!! --- This company wrote us a fraudulent pre-approval letter which cost me quite a bit of time and money during the house search process. If that's not enough to break the deal, the loan officer calling the seller's agent before us certainly took the cake to crush it. If you do find yourself in a pickle with them, you should know that they actually operate as "Norcom Mortgage & Insurance". There's nothing personal or friendly about ripping people off in order to make a sale.

I had a great experience with MDM, they were quick to answer my questions and kept me updated on the status of my loan through the entire process. They made me feel like a priority, and that the loan officer was working to make sure I got the best possible deal. I would recommend them to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a home.
