Milford Beach Apartments

Met Lauren to discuss plans on moving down to Milford in 6-8 months. She gave us a tour, explained everything about the community. This is a hard decision to move after 70 years, but we know it's necessary as we get older, plus we both like the shore, and the area. She was very helpful and pleasant. Lauren, the leasing agent, was absolutely wonderful. I am in the process of (hopefully) leasing an apartment here, and she allowed me to preview an empty unit. They are BEAUTIFUL!!! They are spacious, each with a balcony and plenty of closet space. Lauren was so kind and helpful, and made me feel welcome immediately.. I hope to live here soon!! 🤞🏻

Lauren has made my experience of renting an apartment easy and enjoyable. I am new to apartment renting and had alot of anxiety she was so nice and explained everything so clearly. She went above and beyond to help us get into a unit sooner than expected. I am beyond grateful for her help and I am so excited to be moving in soon. The unit my son and I viewed was exactly what we were looking for and dealing with Lauren made it even better.

Lauren who works at the Leasing Office is amazing and competent with processing requests and finding what her current and prospective clients need. I really appreciate her time and how quickly she was able to find me a spot once I got on the wait-list (which due to the desirable beach location, the units tend to fill up quickly).
